Salam 👋
My name is Yasmin. I live in Ramallah, and I call many places home. I use my experience in business tech, education, and culture to better myself and my community. I’m pretty good at work things, but I’m currently focused on raising my wonderful son—a new role with the Almighty boss, alhamdilah. In the meantime, I’m open to part-time projects and freelance work. I’m also happy to offer volunteer help if I believe in the charitable cause. More below.
Current & Previous Work
I build things that connect people. Sometimes this takes the form of gatherings around a stage, chairs around a whiteboard, a partner network, or a few stanzas surrounding cultural experiences.

Lost & Found Twenties
In the Young Adult category, my first poetry collection is compiled over years of spoken word activity with themes of identity, women, and Arab culture. It uses writing to cope with the tragedies of life, instils resilience, and is relatable for anyone carving their place in the world.
Wilde’n Eren
My second collection came to life through reflections during my master's studies in Ireland and has a more adult, critical, and political voice. I see the Wilde’n Eren collection as the level up in my writing, primarily in honing the craft of poetry and developing a confident and unapologetic voice.
Adulting Somethings
My third poetry collection reflects on my personal experience and the stories I witness evolving from adolescence into adulthood. It explores themes like marriage, children, life reflections and social expectations. This collection is a follow-up to the Lost & Found Twenties.
